Product Returns Info~Products may be only returned to Portable Technology Solutions after due authorisation by ourselves, see instructions below and also consult our terms and conditions. Reasons for returning may include faulty products, damage during transit or warranty repairs. For online orders the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please contact Portable Technology Solutions to enquire if your product is still under warranty and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) on 01543 372165 or email support@portabletechnology.co.uk. All warranty returns returned to Portable Technology Solutions require a RMA number.

Branded Products Warranty Repairs:
Some branded products such as AlphaSmart, Toshiba, Canon & Epson have repair centres who deal exclusively with their own repairs, please consult your included product information and contact the appropriate product manufacturer or service centre.

All Other Product Returns to Portable Technology Solutions:
The product must be shipped freight prepaid to Portable Technology Solutions for all warranty service.
