Shipping
All shipping charges quoted are for delivery to the UK - though we reserve the right to charge extra for shipping of bulky items to more remote parts of the UK. We normally send small items like Franklin products by recorded first class post with the item needing to be signed for.
Smaller items of higher value we send by special delivery recorded post, again the item needs to be signed for.
Larger items we send by courier, usually by Initial City Link with a signature for receipt required.
Handling

UK Standard Order Service
For most UK product orders we will usually deliver within 1-4 working days. The exception being if we need to load software or the item is temporarily out of stock. We will then normally send your order to you as soon as possible. Small items are usually sent out by Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, by Special Next Working Day Delivery or by Saturday Special Next Day Delivery, bigger items are sent out by Next Working Day Courier Delivery.
Due to the weight of Laptop Charging Trolleys delivery is subject to the availability of specialist transport facilities and can be 1-3 weeks from receipt of official order. Shiiping charges quoted are for delivery to mainland UK. Please phone to check shipping rates for Ireland, Northen Ireland and other UK locations.
Urgent UK Orders
For on-line ordering there is an extra option for next working day delivery providing the order is received by 3pm of the preceding working day (Our work days are Mon-Friday excluding bank holidays).
