Standard WarrantyPortable Technology Solutions offers a limited warranty on all products: 1 year for Portable Technology Solutions branded products from date of purchase and 1 year on all other branded products and accessories unless stated otherwise. The Portable Technology Solutions warranty does not affect customer's statutory rights. If a product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, Portable Technology Solutions will, at its option, repair or replace the unit. The limited warranty does not include service to repair damage from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or non-Portable Technology Solutions modification to the product. Batteries and other consumable products (e.g. ink cartridges) are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Extended Product Warranty
Portable Technology Solutions offers an extended warranty for an agreed period stated on certain products such as computers and printers. The Portable Technology Solutions extended warranty does not affect customer's statutory rights. This is in addition to the existing product warranties that run from date of product purchase. Portable Technology Solutions Ltd. warranties that if a product fails during normal and proper use within the extended warranty period, Portable Technology Solutions will, at its option, repair or replace the unit. The extended warranty does not include service to repair damage from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or non-Portable Technology Solutions modification to the product. Batteries and consumables are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Repair Warranty
Portable Technology Solutions offers a repair warranty of 3 months, from the customer receipt of a repaired product, which guarantees the effectiveness of the repair and any new parts installed in the product. The Portable Technology Solutions repair warranty does not affect customer's statutory rights. The 3 months repair warranty does not cover any additional faults that may occur with the product unless it can be proved to the satisfaction of Portable Technology Solutions that the repair has caused a new fault to occur. Portable Technology Solutions Ltd. warranties that if a product repair fails during normal and proper use within the repair warranty period, Portable Technology Solutions will, at its option, repair or replace the unit. The repair warranty does not include service to repair damage from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or non-Portable Technology Solutions modification to the product. Batteries and consumables are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
Product Return Conditions
The product must be shipped freight prepaid to Portable Technology Solutions Ltd. for all warranty service. Please contact Portable Technology Solutions to inquire if your product is still under warranty and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at 01543 372165. All warranty returns require a RMA number.
